Step 3 : Implementation of mobility

At this stage, the candidate should be able to anticipate all the practical aspects of his project.
The counsellor reviews with him all the problems that he may encounter. Through targeted information, he helps him, as far as possible, to remove some obstacles to mobility and to organise his project in order to make his daily life easier : overcoming long and complex procedures, internship agreements, personal insurance, social security cover, housing, etc.

The counselor insists on the deadlines, raises the question of financing, presents the administrative procedures (different if it is an academic mobility or a job abroad for example).
Establishing a timetable with the applicant and a list of steps to be followed is useful at this stage.

The conditions for returning home after the mobility experience can also be discussed during this interview as well as the final academic and professional recognition procedures. The importance of enhancing the value of the mobility experience (e.g. by using Europass) is also discussed and the future career project is outlined.
